About this game
Boxing Stars follows a boxer from underground bouts towards bigger championship tournaments. Winning is about creating openings for a knockout while surviving your opponent's attacks. Rewards feed back into training, allowing you to improve your abilities before entering stronger competitions. The match-to-match progression gives each fight a purpose beyond simply repeating the same exchange of punches.
How to play
Use movement, blocking and the available attacks together to build your approach. Change position when an exchange is going badly, guard against incoming punches and look for an opening to answer. Repeating attacks without defending leaves part of the game's toolset unused, so practise switching between offence and protection. After a match, put rewards into improving your fighter's abilities before moving on to a more demanding tournament. Your immediate objective in the ring is to knock out the opposing boxer.
