About this game
Escape From The Crypt is a room-by-room escape puzzle with necromancers pursuing your character. The enemies move faster than you, making the placement of obstacles central to survival. Their weakness is that they do not avoid those obstacles intelligently. A successful route uses the layout to lead a pursuer into a dead end while preserving a path toward the next room. The challenge is therefore to read both your own route and the route you are encouraging the enemy to take.
How to play
On desktop, move with the arrow keys. Backspace undoes a move and H requests a hint; mobile players use the on-screen directional pad and action buttons. Inspect the room's blocked spaces before committing to a route. Look for positions that draw a necromancer toward an obstruction, then plan how to continue past it. Use undo to reconsider a poor move and a hint when the useful route remains unclear.
