About this game
Musketeers Gunpowder vs Steel puts you in command of a group of soldiers in a seventeenth-century setting. The battles revolve around issuing movement and targeting orders while controlling the commander directly. You can turn the squad, advance it, halt it or bring it back toward you, so the action gives you more to manage than your own position. A pistol, a horse and a changeable camera view add further tools for directing the fight.
How to play
Control the commander's movement with the left mouse button or the joystick. On the keyboard, Q and E turn the squad, W advances it and X moves it backward. Press A to make the troops follow, S to stop them and D to indicate a target. F fires the pistol, V mounts the horse and Space changes the camera view. Practice the movement and stop commands first, then combine them with targeting orders so the unit stays where you intend during an engagement.
