Explainable Minesweeper is a minesweeper you can always solve with logic. No guessing, ever.
Hedgehogs are sleeping hidden in the field. Read the numbers, find every hedgehog, and clear the field with Pip the meerkat.
★ Stuck? Tap Hint
Pip shows you which cell is safe and explains WHY, pointing at the numbers that prove it. Even tricky "compare two numbers" deductions are shown with a hatched shared area, so you actually learn the technique.
★ Every board is solvable by logic
16 board sizes from 5×5 to 20×20, with 200 boards each: 3,200 boards in total.
★ Today's Field
A new board every day, with a different size for each day of the week. Your progress is saved, so you can come back and finish it later.
★ Watch your camp grow
Clear boards on more days and Pip's camp grows: tent, lookout tower, garden, dock and more.

• Each number shows how many hedgehogs are in the 8 cells around it.
• Open every cell that has no hedgehog to clear the board.
• Mobile: tap a cell to open it. Switch to Flag mode to mark hedgehogs.
• PC: left-click to open a cell, right-click to place a flag.
• Tap (or right-click) a number whose hedgehogs are all flagged to open all of its other neighbors at once.
• Opening a hedgehog cell or placing a wrong flag costs a heart. You have 3 hearts per board.
• Stuck? Tap Hint and Pip will show you a safe move and explain the reasoning.
• Pinch or use the mouse wheel to zoom in on large boards.
