About this game
Backrooms: Exit Protocol 0 is an escape-focused horror game set in the maze-like Level 0. Your objective is to locate a keycard, solve the puzzles blocking progress and find an exit while avoiding a monster. Navigation and item use share your attention: a promising corridor may lead toward the next clue, but you still need to remember where to return with anything useful you find.
How to play
On desktop, move with WASD or the arrow keys, press Space to jump, Shift to run and C to crouch. E interacts with objects, R drops a carried item, Tab opens the menu and the right mouse button zooms the camera. Mobile controls include a joystick, camera touch area and labeled action buttons. Search methodically for the keycard, note unresolved puzzles and keep a route back to familiar ground. Choose your next move with the monster's presence in mind.
